Why aren't my messages showing in my outgoing reports? 

Details on how to troubleshoot if messages are missing from reports, and required information if contacting our support team

If your messages are not displaying in your outgoing reports, you will need to look at the method with which you're sending your messages to troubleshoot this problem.

If you're sending Email to SMS: Make sure your Email to SMS is correctly set up, please refer to our article on How to set up Email to SMS in MXT.

If you're sending using HTTP API: Make sure that your HTTP API is correctly set up, please refer to our API Document on HTTP API.

If you're sending using SOAP API: Make sure that your SOAP API is correctly set up, please refer to our API Document on SOAP API.

If you're sending using REST API: Make sure that your REST API is correctly set up, please refer to our API Document on REST API.

If you're sending using SMPP: Make sure that your SMPP configuration is correctly set up, please refer to our API Document on SMPP.

If none of these avenues fixes the issue, please create a ticket with our support team.

Please include the following details when contacting support:

  • SMSGlobal Account Username

  • The method in which you're sending (e.g. Email to SMS, REST API, etc.)

  • Recent sample phone numbers (not showing on MXT reports)

  • If sending using API, your API Username/Key

  • If sending using Email to SMS, the sender email address.
