# URL Reporting

## How to view MXT reporting for URLs and click-through-rates

As a prerequisite for URL reporting in MXT, **[URL Shortener](https://hs.smsglobal.com/url-shortener-smsglobal-help-center?hsLang=en-au)** must be enabled on your account.

**1.** Navigate to [MXT SMS Reports](https://mxt.smsglobal.com/report/sms-outgoing)to view URL reporting.

**2.** Here, you can view the number of URL link clicks that each destination number has performed, as well as the date and time the click occurred.

**3.** The report heading '**# of URL Clicks'** is clickable. It will bring up additional statistics relating to those clicks, such as original URL, link expiry date and time, number of clicks, and last click date.

**4.** Additionally, if you use the [MXT Campaign](https://hs.smsglobal.com/how-to-create-and-send-a-campaign-in-mxt-smsglobal-help-center?hsLang=en-au) feature, you can view overall click rates for a specific campaign and time frame within [Campaign Reports](https://hs.smsglobal.com/how-to-view-campaign-reports-in-mxt-smsglobal-help-center?hsLang=en-au).
