How to suspend/delete a Sub Account

To suspend or delete a Sub Account, create a ticket to our Support Team.

In the ticket, please provide information such as:

  • The Parent Account username

  • The Sub Account username you wish to suspend or delete

  • Reasons you wish to suspend or delete the Sub Account

     

Note: For postpaid accounts, it may take up to 30 days for the Sub Account(s) to be completely removed.
