Templates are a useful way for sending messages that you use frequently.
For added convenience, you can set one of your Templates as your Default Template, which is used automatically for all new messages or Campaigns you start.
1. Select ‘Send Messages’ on the left-hand side of the MXT menu, click on ‘Templates’.
2. Click the 'star icon' next to the template you wish to set as your default template.
