How to remove an automated e-mail signature when using Email to SMS

To remove an automated Email signature when sending an Email to SMS:

Remove the signature manually, or
Use the command {sms} add content {/sms}

For example, if you type {sms} Hello from SMS Global{/sms}, then the only content that will be sent in the SMS will be the content in between the tags.
