If my Sender ID is overwritten, can I receive replies?
If my Sender ID is overwritten in a certain country is Two-Way Messaging still supported?
In certain countries, a supplier will overwrite your Sender ID to a local number to ensure delivery.
Two-way messaging will not be supported, meaning that recipients will not be able to reply back to an overwritten Sender ID. To troubleshoot this, use a local Sender ID that is supported in your country.
