Follow the below steps to cancel and delete messages that have been scheduled, but not sent yet.
1. Select ‘Reports’ on the left-hand side of the MXT menu, then click on ‘Scheduled’.
2. There are 3 options to delete scheduled messages:

Delete all - select "click here to Delete them all".

Delete individual message - click the 'trash can' icon on the scheduled message to delete.

Delete multiple - tick the messages you want to be deleted, then click the 'trash can' icon.
