Steps on how recipients can re-opt in via SMS (if they have previously opted out)

 

Yes, contacts who have opted out from receiving your messages can opt back in by replying with the keywords:

  • Unstop

  • Start

Note: The keywords UNSTOP and START are NOT case sensitive.

Note: You can also manually re-opt in contacts via MXT.
