Alphanumeric Sender ID - US and Canada 

Can I use Alphanumeric (Custom Word) Sender ID for message delivery in US and Canada?

US and Canadian operators/carriers will not support Sender ID’s that are a custom word (Alphanumeric Sender ID) due to restrictions on brand name usage known as ‘spoofing’.

A pre-registered short code or long code can only be used as a Sender ID in the US and Canada.
